I ran into a problem. In the case of my laptop, "System Board ID: 2166" is displayed in the instructions for updating it is indicated, you must select a bin file identical to the System ID name, there are files on the media: 021DD, 02161,02165,02183. Which of these files to choose?

Here is the data on my laptop: Notebook model:

HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC

serial no:[Personal Information Removed]

Product number: F9GOGEA#ABV

System Board ID: 2166

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Could you please share a screenshot of the error message so that I can assist you further?

actually i have reinstalled my windows 8.1  after installing windows laptop is getting very slow and then i checked the bios version i have F.42 in my laptop so i want to update the bios and then i downloaded bios file for third party apps because my laptop drives is not available in hp.com and then i try to update bios but my motherboard id is not listed on those bios 

all i want is bios file for my laptop 

my motherboard id is 2166

Thanks for sharing the information.

HP doesn't recommend updating BIOS or any other drivers from any third-party application. I would suggest you update BIOS and other drivers from the HP website.

I have tried to download bios from hp but when i search bios for laptop model it keep searching for hours
