Hi @Josh6767,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're referring to advanced BIOS settings, CPU undervolting, overclocking, or other performance-tuning options, it's important to note that these features are not available on all HP systems. Most HP consumer desktops and notebooks use a streamlined BIOS design focused on system stability, security, thermal management, and hardware compatibility.

Because of this, options such as:

  • CPU undervolting
  • CPU multiplier adjustments
  • Voltage controls
  • Advanced chipset settings
  • Memory timing controls

may not be available, even when running the latest BIOS version.

Could you please share:

  • The exact HP product model (or product number)
  • Whether you're using a desktop or a notebook
  • What specific setting are you trying to change in BIOS
  • Why you're looking to undervolt (high temperatures, fan noise, performance issues, etc.)

Also, when you mention BIOS F.19, is that the version currently installed on your system, or are you trying to update to a different version?

Once we have the model details and a better understanding of your goal, we can check what options are supported on your particular device and provide the most accurate guidance.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
