Product: HP ENVY X360 - 15-ds0599na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

laptop would not not shut down was told to reset bios to default which i did but upon restarting laptop it now requires a bitlocker identifier .ive gone into my microsoft account but none of those stored in the microsoft account  matches the machine name so i skip that which goes to recovery ive tried to reset but it wouldnt   do it am i to find a hard copy of windows 10 even though its upgraded to win 11
