Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2P5F4AV)

My son has been locked out of his laptop, asking for a Bitlocker recovery key but none in his microsoft account or mine.  Can HP Ireland help?

I keep getting directed to a virtual online service that is useless. I'm not tech savvy but have followed all the instructions looking for the key but no luck. He's in exam year starting tomorrow so we really need to resolve the issue asap. Thank you,
