Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just purchased a brand new HP laptop through Temu. I received it yesterday and it worked fine but when I turned it on today, it asked for a bitlocker recovery key and woud not let me access anything.

See this Microsoft article below that states you can use a smartphone or another PC to access your MS account to retrieve a BitLocker recovery key.

HP article also explains how to retrieve a recovery key from MS account (click on "Retrieve the recovery key from your Microsoft account").
