Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How I can restore the BitLocker functionality?
New delivered Envy 13 - W10 Home, included BitLocker as all last new HP laptop deliveries.
After Motherboard replace and new W10x64 Home installed by HP  repair depot.
System asks to purchase W10 Pro from Store.
BitLocker function is missing.
