I want a BitLocker Recovery Key for this model SN#5CD1502D24

Hi:

 

No one can supply you with a BitLocker recovery key.

 

See this link for how to recover your notebook's BitLocker key.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that doesn't help, you will need to reinstall Windows on the encrypted drive so you will be able to use your PC again.

 

All data on the drive will never be able to be accessed without the BitLocker recovery key.
