Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es0000 (268U4AV)

Hello, My computer got water damaged and was sent to the shop for repair. The repair guy told me that he would need Bitlocker Recovery Key .

 

I have searched Microsoft Account and found out that the information has never been uploaded . It appears that Bitlocker was never enabled and I need to get help from the manufacturer. 

Could you please help me to find my Bitlocker Recovery Key? Thanks
