HP Recommended

Hi dear

Bitlocker recovery  key is required after updating the HP Victus laptop.
After checking all my accounts, I came to the conclusion that this key is in the hands of someone who installed Windows.
Considering that this product was purchased with original Windows, can you help in this matter?

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
