HP Recommended

Hello, I turned on my computer and saw the bitlocker recovery screen. I definitely haven't installed anything related to bitlocker. Currently I cannot exit this screen and boot into the normal operating system. I ask you to help

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
