You mentioned bitlocker but asked about the email login
1 - There are some problem with Bitlocker and certain versions of windows as explained here
HP has advice for bitlocker problems but you really need to ask MIcrosoft about it.
2 - If you forgot your windows password you can use the password that was used to activate windows and you can have that password reset by Microsoft as explained here.
