HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am very frustrated with my HP laptop. I haven’t logged on in sometime and now I have the bitlocker screen. It will not let me type in letters on the keyboard for the recovery key ID that is showing. Only will accept the numbers. Sorry but I am so not a fan of my laptop-nothing but issues. Any help would be appreciated.
