Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W8AV)

Hi recently my mother in law passed away. When I turn her laptop on now the Bitlocker blue screen pops comes on asking for a recovery key. I checked her Microsoft account and it’s not there. Not sure what to do?? All we want is to factory reset it and erase anything she had on there. Do I need to take it to a professional??
