Hello. Just download a windows update and now it is asking to enter my Bitlocker code. My laptop is not recognizing letters. Only numbers so I am unable to enter my Bitlocker code. I cannot even take my laptop to factory mode. Please help

Something went wrong during the Bit locker encryption?  if so, then use manage-bde -status to find out as mentioned below
https://community.spiceworks.com/t/windows-11-does-not-show-all-the-c-space/945533/8hp pcs - using bitlocker and finding the recovery key (windows 11, 10)

There are some problem with Bitlocker and certain versions of windows as explained here

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
