Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cw0509sa

My computer crashed (battery died) whilst in the middle of a windows update. When i turn it on now, i get a black/grey screen with the hardrive light flashing, the fan running but nothing else. It is a laptop i have hardly used so memory shouldnt be an issue and it is 2019 so not super old. I have searched online but can't find the answers. I have tried system reboot and removing last update. I have also tried removing the internal battery and putting it back in. Nothing is working for me! Please help!
