HP Notebook - 15-bs025nh
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have upgraded the F32 BIOS to the latest F72. The install was success, but after restart, I've got black screen, just the fan works.

I have tried these but no luck:

- Turn on with Win+B keys

- Create an USB Recovery flash drive with the F32 BIOS upgrade file, then start the notebook with this flash drive plus Win+B combination. The flash drive is not blink, so the USB doesn't get any power.

- Replaced the HDD

- Replaced the memory

- Create a Recovery to an SD card, and try to start with Win+B

- Tried all combination with Win+V keys

- Removed the cmos battery for a while

- Tried to push the power button for mor than a minute to reset

- I attached a second monitor via HDMI

I didn't get any beep or blinking caps lock button.

Are there any idea what should I try to recovery the notebook?

Thank you.
