HP Recommended

Hi, 

I'm having the same issues. The first step after pressing F2 was fine, it passed everything. ImI trying to do step 2 by pressing F11 and that is fine until I get to the system recovery section, where I am asked to enter a password for my account. I have entered my password multiple times but it is saying that it is incorrect.

Is there anything I can do to reset my password to try and fix the issue?
