Microsoft Windows 11

After a Windows 11 update, Windows fails to load. The monitor works fine but after I log in, the screen goes black. I can see the mouse cursor, and can access Task Manager, but the screen is black.

When I access the "Troubleshoot" through rebooting a couple of times,, I get nothing that resembles any of the screens to help me fix this.

As suggested elsewhere, I downloaded the "HP Cloud Recovery Tool Installer.exe" to my DEll desktop. I right click on it, select "Run as Administrator", but then get a pop-up telling me to "Run as Administrator". Well, I am. What is wrong?

One more thing, since I have set up full sharing between my HP Laptop and my Dell desktop, I can access the Laptop file system. I have run CHKDSK, and SFC. SFC /scannow found errors and fixed them but my screen is still black. I can access the Log file at \\Johns_Laptop\Laptop_C_Root\Windows\Logs\CBS. Is there  a way to fix this internally on my Laptop?
