After logging in to the notebook, just a black screen with the cursor and can also open the task manager. I also tried to find the runonce.exe that the supports always suggest but I cannot find it. I also did to update the BIOS, but still the same problem. HELP.

As I understand you have an error - "Black screen and run once wrapper",
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you attempt to stop the process running using Task manager?
If not, please do and then download and run Autoruns on the following link.

Look at what's trying to be launched from the RunOnce wrapper - there will probably be 2 similar entries, one starting HKLM and the other starting HKCU.
