Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have multiple problems on my HP HDX16 laptop. I had blue screen problem on my laptop 0x0000009A. I opened my laptop and took out the two RAMs - 2Rx8 and then put it back again. But when I turned it back on, the screen will be just black but the fan is on. I tried using only one of the RAM on either of the slot (took one RAM out) and it will turn on but only the blue screen appears 0x0000009A. So I tried watching YouTube and followed the steps:

Troubleshoot-> advanced options -> Command Prompt -> typed notepad, clicked file, open -> From This PC, Click Local Disk (E) -> Windows -> System 32 -> config -> delete SYSTEM -> copy SYSTEM from RegBack file and paste on config where I delete the SYSTEM

And I restarted my laptop but the blue screen is there but changed from 0x0000009A to 0x00000074.

These are the things that I did to my laptop.

Is it okay if only one RAM will be attached instead of two RAMs on the two slots because only black screen is appearing if two of the RAMs is attached?

What will I do with my blue screen?

I don't know what will I do anymore and I need it to be turned on tomorrow. I hope you could help me.
