Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I let it restart after update this morning.  Was fine before that.  It won't give me Bios or anything else.  I noticed a very slight flash on one start-up attempt.  Please help.  This is a REALLY bad time for this to happen.

Update: I was browsing this forum & tried using "esc" after power on.  I got display back but now it's jumping ...best way I can describe it.  Flashes, flickers...no idea what's going on.  Any suggestions?
