ProBook 4535s
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After message "windows files loading" followed by "Microsoft Corporation" displayed, the screen goes blue (black ???) with the cursor on moving and that's all.

I'm stuck there and I don't know what to do. I tried to perform a hard reset, to reset BIOS but nothing change.

Can you help me, please.

Thanks a lot.

If you have the black screen just after the Windows Logo, without getting pass the login screen, then there is an error with your windows installation. Try restoring the system either by System Restore or by any other means from the installation media.

  • Is it able to boot alt media, like a Windows setup disk or USB? If not, it's a hardware issue.
  • If you can get through the login screen, then Press Win + R, type explorer.exe to get back the UI.

Uninstall any recent programs you’ve installed.
