Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen is black with just the cursor visible. I've updated the graphic card and everything, but it still wont work. I can sign into my account and start everything normally, the screen does work then but upon booting it stays black.

- If you can log in to your unit, can you please search in the windows search bar on the bottom left of the screen where it says " type here to search" for "system information" run the app under system summery you should have BIOS version. the BIOS version should contain F.xx. Please check it so we can see if your BIOS is up to date or no.

Regards
