i need to down load windows 11 again and upload it to the laptop but have no idea how to do it

You can download ISO file from

 

                https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

 

1. and save on your machine.

2. Mount ISO file as a DVD

 

             mountISO.png

 

3. Run setup file from there
