Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (755G1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After shortly showing the welcome screen, the display turned black and stays black ever since no matter what i do. There are no lights on at the integrated keyboard. The power key and all shortcuts are unresponsive. The Laptop won't shut down and keeps getting hot. 

I tried to use an external screen without any results (everything stays black). When i hook up my external mouse or keyboard, the LED lights of the external mouse or keyboard are blinking for a moment and the laptop makes this "connecting/disconnecting" sound. But otherwise it remains unresponsive. The device runs on windows 11 and was bought in august 2023.
