My laptop is just displaying a black screen and when I charge it there’s a white led light showing by the charger cable and when I press the power button I get a light flash up on the f12 button but no more life comes to the laptop, I’ve tried a few forums of ideas to get the laptop to work one said plugging a hdmi lead into it and when I did that I could hear the fans going in the laptop whenever I took it off charge but as soon as I put it back on the charge the fans stopped working and when I took out the hdmi lead it all just went silent , hope my explanation helps and someone can help me.

Thanks

also brought a new battery in case it was that but that also didn’t help

Okay so it would be a problem that would need to be sent off to be fixed? Cause I brought my laptop  from a curry’s store so I’m guessing you guys wouldn’t be able to repair it?

Thank you for posting back.

With the standard HP one-year limited warranty, you will be covered for repair or replacement of parts deemed defective. The warranty does not cover accidents, abuse or use of an HP product outside of the standard-use instructions included with the product.

And, also you can check with the store about the warranty service options however HP one year factory warranty will honour service if your store refuse to repair.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )I would suggest contacting HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/

And, also you while shipping the unit info repair, please mention in the paperwork ( document ) that you're looking back up. The service center will attempt to save your files before initiating the repair process.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
