Hi @Ima-eji

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Do you get any error message.

May i know what kind of lights is blinking.

in the meantime Lets recovery bios manually , to manually recover the BIOS on an HP computer, you can try these steps:

  • Turn off the computer and ensure the AC adapter is connected to power
  • Press and hold the Windows + b keys
  • While still holding the Windows + b keys, press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds
  • Release the power button, but continue to hold the Windows + b keys
  • You might hear a series of beeps
  • If the HP BIOS Update screen doesn't appear, try pressing the Windows + v keys
