Help please. Computer won’t turn on correctly. It’s fully charged but on black screen appears!

Ally8112, this kind of problem occures because of connection or motherboard.

Just you need to check the connection between motherboard and screen. You unplug it and then reconnect the connector.

DO you mean to just unplug the computer and plug in again. If So, I have done that. I don’t how to check the motherboard otherwise. Thank you for your help.

Ally8112, I mean the connection between screen and motherboard. The connector between screen and motherboard. You need to disconnect it and again connect the connector to the motherboard socket.
