dear hp , I have a black screen, I can see the display when it’s caplet to my tv. how can I solve this problem? Thank you for your service

The display present on a TV indicates the display chip is OK, so that indicates your display screen has died.

 

That is very expensive to replace because you have to pay not only for the parts but also for the labor to have it done.

 

You would need to take the laptop to a local repair shop to get an estimated for the parts and labor.
