Product: HP Laptop Model 14-ck006ist

I accidentally installed MAS Windows 11 and now on startup my screen remains solid blue.  I have tried to reset my system back to Windows 10.  My computer did 27 iterations over 2-1/2 days… I canceled the process.  Tried to repair.  Nothing is working.  All advise appreciated.  Thank you!

I’m having the same issue; my HP laptop performed a Windows update and the first time I’ve tried to use it I have a solid blue screen. HELP! Brand new laptop!
