HP LAPTOP 15-da0012TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrading bios of HP Laptop 15-da0012TU, Win10 x64 bit, when booting to windows, screen is blank. I can do recovery mode, backup but after the HP logo finishes loading, blank screen appears. I know that the windows successfully booted because I can use the screen narrator to shutdown the laptop.

I cannot figure out the way to downgrade the BIOS to default.

I tried these methods and followed the instructions correctly:

1. Restore the BIOS to default setting.

2. BIOS recovery, https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c02693833#usbrecovery

(no BIOS recovery files found, please Insert the USB media, but I already inserted the media).

3. factory reset the PC, windows loads but the screen is blank after the HP logo finishes to appear.

4. factory reset the PC using default HP manager but still screen becomes blank when windows loads.

Thanks for the reply, bud did not work. I reformatted the PC using Windows 10 build 1800's, it did not work. I tried with build 1700's, and it works fine now.
