Screen is black. Power button not operable. I have tried reset process with no results.

I understand you're experiencing a blank screen on your PC, and the power button is unresponsive despite attempting a reset. Sorry to hear you're still facing this issue. Let me guide you through some troubleshooting steps to help resolve it.

Please try the steps shared below and let me know if this helps.

 BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the  charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.  
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.  
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
