  • My capslock is blinking and the laptop screen shows nothing. The fan sounds more louder than before and I tried installing bios recovery file it didn't work

  • HP has created an official article about such issues you face now. This blinking is like a morse code - It is very important to identify exactly how it blinks, to identify the pattern.
