Contact support for repair due to system board or CPU failure.
It states that the CPU/Processor is not detected. Unless you are very tech savvy, I suggest taking the laptop to a reputable computer shop for repairs. If the laptop is still in the warranty you should contact HP Customer Support and give them this information.
