Product: Pavilion dm4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Was just doing work like normal and computer just force restarted to a blue screen. Rebooted computer and everything seems to be deleted and nothing saved on my computer. Anyway to get it back to before it restarted with all of my saved documents?

 

Blue Screen stated:

 

If you call a support person give them this info:

 

Stop code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

 

What failed: Netwsw00.sys

 

Please help me if you can.

HP Recommended

You have a failed or failing hard drive.

You'll need a new one.

 

To get your files that are on the hard drive:

1.  buy SATA-to-USB adapter cable

2.  remove hard drive

3. connect hard drive working PC using the SATA-to-USB cable
