Hello,

I have this problem over a year and I didn't find any help from the internet.

I have a blue screen error every few days or so, specifically when I open my laptop after it was in sleep mode.

stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

what failed: SPUVCbv64.sys.

I've checked the hardware diagnostics system test and everything is fine.

please help me to fix it , thank you.

Hi, Thanks It just happened to me again and I got my event error it is :

A system  Error:kernel-boot

Event id: 16

Description: Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC0000001.

I checked my webcam driver with the automatic updating software and it is up to date.

What should I do now?

Thank you
