Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in this self-help Community.

You have a couple of different options to chose from ...

--------------------

The first is that of specialized forums where where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs.

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
--------------------

The second is using free software to examine the logs that BSODs produce. This app is known as bluescreenview and is available from NirSoft, from here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

You will then have to go online to do searches with that information to get further suggestions about what to do.

Good Luck

You did not specify the version of windows you are using and no screenshot to niche down the specific error however this is a stop error or exception error, commonly called the blue screen of death (BSoD) or blue screen for short. Its is an error screen displayed on Windows computers following a fatal system error. Presumably you might be using windows 10. Follow below steps to boot into safe mode.

Note: If you’ve encrypted your device, you’ll need your BitLocker key to start in safe mode.

Before you enter safe mode, you need to enter the Windows Recovery Environment (winRE). To do this, you will repeatedly turn your device off, then on:

  1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

  2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.

  3. On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

  4. Press the power button again to turn on your device.

  5. When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

  6. Press the power button again to turn on your device.

  7. Allow your device to fully restart. You will enter winRE.

Now that you are in winRE, you will follow these steps to take you to safe mode:

  1. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

  2. After your device restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select option 5 from the list or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

Once you have successfully logged unto the desktop, uninstall any recently installed drivers, or updates as in most cases these are the causes of BSOD although there are others. And hey do check the error code that show when you have the BSOD screen, it is great source of the actual issue.

If your Windows computer restarts or reboots without any warning automatically or goes into a reboot loop, there are several reasons that could cause this to happen. It could be the failure of some hardware component, over-heating, Windows Update or a Stop Error. Further, I suggest you to check the below link which may help you identify and fix the problem:

Hope it helps!
