Please can someone help me get this working. I have the following screens. Need to get so many important documents and pictures out of this by Friday! Please can someone help me !

I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you made any changes to your hardware or software?

Was there any update that happened lately?

 

For the second screen which says uninstall the latest feature, go through this document and see if that helps. 

 

1 - Remove the update if the problem occurred after a Microsoft update.

or

2 - Pick a restore point at "System Restore"

 

if an operating system cannot even be found then you will need to do a custom install of windows

Post back here if you need to do that.

If this does not help, it may need one-on-one interaction via remote assistance.

I have not installed or chamged anything. If you could help with a custom install that would be great. I have so many documents and pictures I can't lose on the hard drive.

It will not let me restore, takes me back to the original screen. I do not think I will be able to let you in for a remote restore either as I can get no further than the blue screen menu selections
