Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I am using your product named "Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0015nt (4H1U6EA)". For the last few days it has been giving a blue screen and restarting itself for no reason. The "kernel-power 41" error was recorded in the system log in the important category. This is the only problem I could find that could cause a blue screen. I would be happy if you help.
