spectre

So I bought a spectre 2 in 1 in July of 2019. In 2020 my computer started to crash (blue screen then restart). I have had best buy geek squad look at it many times and they could never get it to crash, but I can. I bought a cooling pad for it thinking it was overheating but it did crash while sitting on the cooling pad. Also, best buy can not get me a new computer cause I don't have the correct warranty. I just don't know what to do anymore with this computer. Cause I use it for school and it has crashed during many exams.
