Pavilion dv7-6b56nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

windows 10 tried to repair/ correct itself, but it failed and displayed a blue screen with error code: 0xc000000f with the message: You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Do anyone knows we're I can get a recovery disc or USB device to correct this error.

According to the HP specs for your PC, it came with Win7 preinstalled, not Win10. HP only carries Recovery Media for the original preinstalled OS.  HP has no recovery media for Win10 for your PC.

If you want to reinstall Win10 on your PC, you will need to make install media yourself using another PC and this tool:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
