Recovery media for your PC model is available for the price of 27 - 30 $ and can be obtained from this reputable 3rd party company >> http://www.computersurgeons.com/p-23421-windows-8-64-bit-recovery-kit-708894-001-for-hp-notebook-pc-...

Instructions for using the recovery media can be found here >> http://hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=HPSystemRecovery.net&section=ccweb&sfs=tdoc&lc=en&language=e...

Before attempting Windows recovery or whatever other actions, I strongly recommend that you check your PC for hardware issues to rule them out - use the built-in hardware diagnostics (F2) and perform either Quick scan or Hard Disk Drive and Memory checks -> here are instructions >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA

Could you elaborate ?

You mean that the Hard Disk test and the Memory tests passed - these 2 tests passed without any error codes ?

If these 2 tests pass, you just need to purchase the recovery media and use it to reinstall Windows.

Do you have any important data which has been stored into your PC and you haven't copied/backed up yet ?

Your problem is known as Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). BSOD is kind of Windows self-protection feature. If you received a blue screen error, or stop code, the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from data loss.

A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error. What you describe could happen because of incompatible with Windows driver (most often) or because of hardware issue (rarely).

If I understood you correctly, the PC cannot start normally despite the errors ?
