I have a HP Envy x360 Convertible PC Model # 15t-aq200 that is having blue screen error with stop code : 0xc000021a
I have tried to do the restart in the Advanced settings menu under troubleshoot, but it will not reset. It just keeps saying "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."
I did the System test-quick test and it said that the HD Short DST Failed Failure Code: U0BQ24-948ALS-GXGJ2J-60UW03
Product ID: 2GJ37AV
I would greatly appreciate some help. Thank you in advance!

Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
U0BQ24-948ALS-GXGJ2J-60UW03 | OK | 0000000000 | 6/3/21 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
After you replace the drive, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

You're very welcome.
Yes, that is very possible, which is why I do monthly backups of my files onto a portable hard drive.
There is an old saying...'It is not a matter of if a hard drive will fail, but a matter of when.'
It appears from the product number you posted, that your notebook came with a 1 TB 2.5" drive, so what you can try after you remove the drive, would be to purchase a SATA to USB adapter, plug one end into the failed drive, and another end into a working PC's USB port, and see if you can read/copy and files from the hard drive to a portable hard drive, or the PC you are reading the drive on.
Something like this....
