Hi @Hritik_goyal,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
A blue screen error, also known as a "blue screen of death" or BSOD can occur for various reasons, such as hardware failure, software issues, or driver problems. The fact that your HP laptop only experiences this issue while charging suggests that there may be a problem with the power supply or battery.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
- Check the power supply: Make sure that the power supply is working correctly and delivering the required voltage to the laptop. You can use a multimeter to test the output voltage of the power supply. If the voltage is too low or too high, it can cause instability in the system and lead to a blue screen error.
- Check the battery: If the laptop's battery is faulty or not holding a charge, it can cause the system to crash. Try removing the battery and running the laptop on AC power only. If the blue screen error disappears, then the problem is likely with the battery, and you may need to replace it.
- Update drivers: Outdated or incompatible drivers can also cause a blue screen error. Check the HP website for the latest drivers for your laptop and update them.
- Check for malware: Malware can cause system instability and lead to a blue screen error. Run a malware scan using your preferred anti-virus software to ensure that your system is clean.
- Perform a system restore: If the blue screen error started after installing new software or making system changes, you may need to perform a system restore to roll back the changes and restore your system to a previous state.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I also tried system restore and updating and try another charger but error reamins
This error does not came while UEFI test (while in charger or not). can it because faulty battery?(battery show no error in daigonics)
All UEFI test show no error. RAM and storage device(ssd) is fine.
is it possible that Motherboard is faulty?
