Product: HP 245 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc is showing blue screen error having code 0xc000021a.  It restarts many times but can't enter into desktop interface. Your device ran into a problem,we are collecting some error informations and then restart it for you that error message also appears but can't get advanced option and troubleshoot options etc
