Hi @Anurag63, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please try these steps,
Power Cycle:
- Turn off your laptop.
- Disconnect the AC adapter and remove any discs from the drive.
- Remove any memory cards and disconnect all nonessential peripheral devices.
- Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the AC adapter and turn on the laptop.
BIOS Recovery:
- Turn off the laptop.
- Press and hold the Windows key + B key, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Release the power button but keep holding the Windows key and B key for another 10 seconds, then release them.
- If done correctly, the display should flash once. Repeat this step up to three times if necessary.
CMOS Reset:
- Turn off the laptop.
- Press and hold the Windows key + V key, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Release the power button first, then release the Windows key and V key.
- You may see a CMOS Check pop-up. If not, restart the laptop manually after three attempts.
Update Windows and Drivers:
- Ensure your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, updates include bug fixes for issues causing blue screen errors.
- Update your device drivers, as outdated or incompatible drivers can also cause blue screen errors
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
