Hi,
I didn't make any software changes. I checked my pc product name and number is: HP Pavilion 15-cs1xxx.
Unfortunately I didn't solve my problem, do you have other suggestions? I really would prefer to send my laptop to a specialised center in order to have the proper assistence. Is it possible to start a procedure to send my laptop to an assistance center?
Thanks in advance,
Domizian
