Hi @BlueLV2025,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
We understand you are getting a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death error) and not able to use the device, to see if it's a hardware or Windows issue, and to resolve this,s I would request you to please run a Hardware test on the PC for all the components and share the result with the PC model to help you better.
Extensive Test -
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, as it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
