I have a 6 year old HP Pavilion - 15 and upon boot up one day i received a blue screen with the following message "Recovery"EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD error code 0xc0000034

I researched the error code and found a few things could cause that error message one being a bad hard drive.  I purchased a new HD and even when i boot the Win 10 media from my flash drive it's just a recurring looping effect.  HELP PLEASE!!!!

Boot into the windows installation and press and hold SHIFT and F10 and enter these commands one by one

CHKDSK /R /F X: [Enter]
Bootrec /Scanos [Enter]
Bootrec /Rebuildbcd [Enter]
Bootrec /Fixmbr [Enter]
Bootrec /Fixboot [Enter]

After completed restart the system and let me know how it goes.
