Hi @Pattukumar,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're encountering a blue screen issue on your HP laptop and you're looking for a shortcut key to access settings, here's what you can try.
- Restart Your Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary issues causing the blue screen.
- Safe Mode: Boot your computer into Safe Mode. This can help diagnose and fix issues causing the blue screen. To access Safe Mode on an HP laptop, you typically press the F8 key repeatedly as soon as the computer restarts. Once in Safe Mode, you can troubleshoot further.
- BIOS/UEFI Settings: Some settings related to hardware configuration might be causing the blue screen. You can access the BIOS or UEFI settings by pressing a specific key during the boot process. Common keys for HP laptops include F10, F2, or Esc. Once in the BIOS/UEFI settings, you can check for any problematic settings.
- System Restore: If you recently made changes to your system settings or installed new software, you can try using System Restore to revert your system to a previous state where it was working fine.
- Windows Recovery Environment: If none of the above steps work, you can boot into the Windows Recovery Environment. You can access this by restarting your computer and pressing a specific key combination, often F11 on HP laptops. From there, you can troubleshoot and attempt to repair your system.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
